RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At MediaNet PK, we want every customer across Pakistan to feel confident shopping with us. While we carefully check our products before dispatch, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, like a wrong item, a defective unit, or simply a change of mind. This policy explains clearly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at MediaNet PK.
Quick Summary: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging for change-of-mind returns. Defective or wrong items are eligible regardless of packaging condition, and we cover the return shipping cost in that case.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this 10-day window will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
We accept returns and exchanges under the following two categories:
Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, not working, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a free return, replacement, or refund. This applies even if the product packaging has been opened, since you need to open it to discover the defect.
- Product does not power on or charge as advertised
- Product arrived physically damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product, colour, or model
- Product specifications do not match what was listed on the product page
Change of Mind (Unopened Products Only)
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact. Once a product’s packaging has been opened or the product has been used, change-of-mind returns are no longer accepted this is necessary because electronics cannot be resold as new once a security seal is broken.
Tip: If you are unsure about a product after delivery, contact us on WhatsApp before opening the packaging. Our team can answer questions and help you decide before you break the seal.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, charged, or connected to a device (for change-of-mind returns)
- Products with broken or missing security seals, tags, or original packaging (for change-of-mind returns)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery
- Products returned after the 10-day return window has passed
- Free gifts, promotional items, or bundled accessories included with a paid order
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page at the time of purchase
Who Pays for Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If the issue is our mistake, a defective unit, or the wrong item, you will never be asked to pay anything. We arrange and pay for the return pickup, and we cover the cost of sending you the correct or replacement item.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, here is what happens next:
- We inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the return eligibility conditions described in Section 2.
- If approved, we will notify you via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 2 business days of receiving the return.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash to an account of your choice — please share these details when requesting your refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on your chosen payment method and your bank or mobile wallet provider’s processing time.
- If you requested an exchange instead of a refund, we will dispatch your replacement item once the returned product passes inspection, typically within 2 to 4 business days.
What Refund Amount Will I Receive?
- Defective or wrong item: Full refund of the product price plus any delivery charge you paid.
- Change of mind (unopened): Refund of the product price only; the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
Requesting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or email (details in Section 7).
- Share your order number and the reason for your return request.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is approved within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back or arrange a pickup if the return is due to our error.
- Ship or hand over the product in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Please do not send a return without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Unannounced returns may be delayed in processing since our team needs your order details to verify and approve the request first.
