Welcome to MediaNet PK. These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your use of the website medianetpk.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Site.

MediaNet PK is a Peshawar-based online store selling mobile accessories including chargers, data cables, power banks, hands-free earphones, Bluetooth earbuds, and DC car chargers to customers across Pakistan.

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our site, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order with us.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on our site.

2.  Products & Pricing

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on our site. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely free of error. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel any order placed based on the incorrect information in which case you will be notified and receive a full refund or replacement option.

2.2 Pricing

All prices on our Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the rare case that a product you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will inform you promptly via phone, WhatsApp, or email and offer either a substitute product, a backorder, or a full refund.

3.  Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive ordering activity
• Pricing or listing errors on the Site
• Repeated failed cash-on-delivery attempts on previous orders

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email from MediaNet PK. We may contact you to verify order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders, before dispatch.

4.  Payment Methods

MediaNet PK currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep
• Bank Transfer: direct transfer to our business bank account (details provided upon request)
• Easypaisa / Jazz Cash mobile wallet transfer (where available)

We do not store or process credit/debit card information directly on our site. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery. Please have the exact order amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

To reduce fraudulent and fake orders, we may call or message you via WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch, particularly for high-value orders or first-time customers.

5.  Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan from our Peshawar warehouse, using trusted courier partners. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the following terms apply:

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

6.  Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Since Cash on Delivery is our primary payment method, the following specific terms apply to COD orders:

• You must inspect the package and product upon delivery before making payment to the courier
• Payment must be made in full, in cash, at the time of delivery
• Repeated refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders for your account or phone number
• If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact us as early as possible, ideally before the order is dispatched

7.  Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, available at medianetpk.com/returns-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy, which include a 10-day return window, conditions for defective versus change-of-mind returns, and responsibility for return shipping costs.

8.  Product Warranty

Most products sold on MediaNet PK come with a manufacturer or seller warranty as specified on the individual product page, typically ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on the product category. Warranty claims must be reported to us with proof of purchase (order number) and a description or evidence of the defect.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair attempts, or normal wear and tear. MediaNet PK reserves the right to assess each warranty claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund.

9.  User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. MediaNet PK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

10.  Acceptable Use of the Site

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Pakistani law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, servers, or any connected systems
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information at checkout
• Copy, reproduce, or resell our product content, images, or descriptions without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of our Site

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our site for any user found violating these terms.

11.  Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including the MediaNet PK logo, brand name, product descriptions, images, graphics, and site design, is the property of MediaNet PK or its licensors and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MediaNet PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or any damage to devices resulting from misuse of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

14.  Changes to These Terms

MediaNet PK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
