Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives at your door, no advance payment required.

Q2. What other payment methods do you accept?

Besides Cash on Delivery, we accept bank transfer and mobile wallet payments via Easypaisa and JazzCash. Card payments are not currently processed directly on our site.

Q3. How do I place an order on MediaNet PK?

Simply browse our categories, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose Cash on Delivery or another payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS shortly after.

Q4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Q6. Do you have a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value to shop with us. However, free delivery offers (if running) may have a minimum order threshold, shown at checkout.

Q1. Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver across Pakistan, including Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, and hundreds of smaller cities and towns nationwide.

Q2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Peshawar and nearby KPK areas usually receive orders fastest, within 1 to 2 business days.

Q3. How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can also use our Track Your Order page or message us directly with your order number.

Q4. What if I’m not available when the courier arrives?

Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times and may contact you to arrange a more convenient time. Please keep your phone reachable around your expected delivery window.

Q5. Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location. We frequently run free delivery promotions; check the announcement bar at the top of our site for current offers.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Q1. What is your return policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Defective or wrong items are accepted regardless of packaging condition; change-of-mind returns require the product to be unused and in original packaging.

Q2. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover the full return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Q3. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as stated on the individual product page. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Q4. How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a description (and photo/video, if possible) of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Q5. How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Q1. Which charger is best for Samsung in Pakistan?

For Samsung phones, we recommend a 25W or 45W USB-C fast charger. Most mid-range Samsung models support 25W charging. Check your phone model to confirm compatibility.

Q2. Can I use a higher wattage charger safely?

Yes. A higher wattage charger (e.g., 65W) will not damage a phone that supports lower wattage; the phone draws only what it needs. It is perfectly safe.

Q1. What is the difference between USB-C and Micro USB?

USB-C is the newer, reversible connector used in modern Android phones (2019 onwards). Micro USB is the older, asymmetric connector used in budget and older devices. Check your phone’s charging port to confirm which type you need.

Power banks up to 20,000mAh (100Wh) are generally permitted in carry-on luggage on most airlines. They are not permitted in checked baggage. Always confirm with your airline before travel.
